On behalf of our client, an international Financial Services structure, we are looking for a:

Transaction Administrator Legal & Corporate Services, Capital Markets (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) including KYC

• Assistance at transaction Closings

• Reviewing transaction documents

• Handling daily management of SPVs

• Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings

• Manage opening and closing of bank accounts

• Assistance at liquidation of companies

• Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators

• Liaising with other Group’s companies

• Complete timesheets accurately and timely

Profil recherché

Profile

• Degree educated in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution

• Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined

• Fluency in English is a must. A (very) good level in German will also be appreciated. Any other language is a plus
