On behalf of our client, a global international legal, and financial services company, we are looking for the following profile:

Corporate Secretary (m/f)

Job description


  • Handling a client portfolio for Corporate Secretarial matters

  • Manage all duties in relation with the RCS

  • Handling daily client communication for all corporate and administrative matters as well as communication with third parties

  • Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds and corporates

  • Review and drafting of Board and Shareholder resolutions and related documents such as Board packs, minutes, General Meetings, notarial deeds, and agreements

  • Incorporation, administration, and liquidation of companies including handling of all kinds of corporate events

  • Coordination and timely filing of Annual Reports including respectively required documentation

  • Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing

  • Maintaining accurate legal records

Required profile


  • Degree educated in Law or equivalent

  • 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, ideally in the Luxembourg fund industry

  • Fluency in English is a must – any other language will be a plus

  • PC literate

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
