Responsibilities
Handling a client portfolio for Corporate Secretarial matters
Manage all duties in relation with the RCS
Handling daily client communication for all corporate and administrative matters as well as communication with third parties
Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds and corporates
Review and drafting of Board and Shareholder resolutions and related documents such as Board packs, minutes, General Meetings, notarial deeds, and agreements
Incorporation, administration, and liquidation of companies including handling of all kinds of corporate events
Coordination and timely filing of Annual Reports including respectively required documentation
Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing
Maintaining accurate legal records
Required profile
Profile
Degree educated in Law or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, ideally in the Luxembourg fund industry (working with alternative investment funds would be considered as advantage)
Fluency in English is a must – any other language will be a plus
PC literate
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
