Our client is an international provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services. In order to support the development of their Luxembourg-based office, they are currently looking for a:

Legal Assistant Manager (m/f)

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions

  • Organize board and shareholder meetings

  • Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register

  • Drafting corporate documents and agreements

  • Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments

  • Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Required profile

Profile

  • Degree educated in Law

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary

  • Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a prerequisite - a (very) good level in French is also seen as an advantage

  • PC literate (MS Office)
