Depositary Services Officer (m/f)

Job description

• Responsible for the bi-annually and yearly evaluation cycle of his/her team
• Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight procedures
• Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients
• Operate as a key part of the team to deliver a client focused, high-quality service
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
• Optimize internal processes and contribute to organization-wide projects
• Reports to the Depositary directors and work closely with the rest of the leadership team on a strategic, tactical and operational level

Required profile

• Preferable HBO or University degree in accountancy, business, finance or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant prior working experience, preferably in the field of depositary, banking or fund services environment and in a managerial/team leader role
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity and agility
• Safekeeper of a honest, people-based culture
• Excellent in time management and priority setting
• Familiarity with the AIFMD, UCITS and Dutch regulatory environment are advantageous
• Fluent in English is required and a strong command of Dutch
