Job description
- Coordination of the movement of funds and cash transfers between the banks involved
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
- Review and control of related Liquidity coverage and its reporting
- Reconciliation of the Nostro bank accounts, monitoring the pending items and preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Reconciliation of daily and monthly card business movements and its reporting
- Supporting the Finance operation team in various reconciliation tasks
- Supporting the Head of Accounting in related finance projects
- Back up of the daily tasks of the head of Treasury
- Documentation of reconciliation and review of reporting and its audit trail
- Update the documentation of changes in processes and procedures
- Monitoring Reuters and Bloomberg
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of banking and financial instruments, in particular of Foreign Exchange and money market
- Fluency in English is a must (French would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Liquidity coverage reporting
- PC literate (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-player and ability to work independently
- Ethical and sense of privacy are impeccable
- Meticulous and thorough
- Well organized
