Our client is a major player in the field of Industrial equipment. For its South Luxembourg based Headquarter, they’re currently looking to recruit a Junior Accountant (m/f)
Job description
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Assist in the accounting of receivables in production companies
Assist in the accounting and monitoring of customer bonuses and discounts
Assist in year-end reporting (IFRS and consolidation)
Booking of expenses and monitoring accruals
Assist in the general ledger accounting for holding companies
Required profile
Profile
Degree educated in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role (preferably in industrial companies)
Knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS is considered an advantage
Fluent in English – good command in French
PC literate
Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
