Job description
Responsabilités
Être en charge de l’étude, de l’analyse et de l’élaboration d’offres de prix des projets résultant des contrats de maintenance
Être en contact direct des clients et des architectes
Coordination de la réalisation des projets sous tous les aspects techniques et commerciaux
Suivi des chantiers et de leurs bonnes fins dans le respect des délais et de la qualité
Required profile
Profil
Titulaire d’un Bac + 2
Qualification adéquate au poste proposé
Une 1ère expérience professionnelle probante dans un poste similaire dans le domaine concerné
Connaissances des normes en vigueur
Maitrise de l’outil informatique
Autonome, rigoureux
